It is very important to remember that every case is different, as is every judge and every divorce.  These quizzes are only guides based on trends in Maryland courts, your outcome could be greatly different then what is predicted here.

Part One of the Quiz

Your success in a claim for alimony depends on a wide range of factors.  Part One of the Quiz gives you a rough idea of your chances for success.  Part Two gives a fuller picture.  Remember, this is a complex issue and the Quiz will only provide a guide post.

11-12 points:   There is a good indication that you have a claim.  You may even receive indefinite alimony.
