This Directory is open to any professional who assists others to resolve disputes. Each professional enters his/her own profile. Before we make a profile available to the public through this Directory, the information is reviewed by the Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at the University of Maryland School of Law.

This Directory is an on-line "yellow pages" for alternative dispute resolution practitioners who work in Maryland. We are not a membership or certification organization. If you are looking for someone who is a member of a professional organization or who is certified, review this information on professional organizations and look for that information under "references and affiliations" in the directory profile. The information in this Directory is self-reported. We screen the profiles for consistency and obvious errors. However, we do not investigate the credentials, qualifications or experience of those who apply to be listed.
