Education - COMAR (Code Of Maryland Agency Regulations)

The Maryland State Department of Education's rules, called regulations, are in Title 13A of COMAR .  Title 13A of COMAR contains the most specific detailed rules about the operation of schools in Maryland, the powers of the schools, and the rights of students.
