PLEASE NOTE: Effective October 1, 2007, Maryland law changed the way health insurance premiums are treated in the guidelines calculation. This change may have affected the recommended child support amount.

Revised Child Support Worksheets are being developed. This will enable health insurance premiums to be added together with the other items in determining each parent's child support obligation.
