Help Finding a Lawyer to Help
with Military Pension Issues

If you are in the military or you are married to someone who is an active duty or retired military service member issues related to pensions can be very complicated.  Attorneys who do not have experience with military pensions may not be able to assist you in obtaining an optimum result in your divorce case.  EX-POSE is a national, nonprofit, volunteer organization, funded by membership dues.  EX-POSE provides information for spouses regarding separation and divorce from active duty or retired military service members.  EX-POSE also refers members to attorneys who are familiar with military separation/divorce.

You can become a member of EX-POSE for a limited fee ($ 20 annually or $ 200 lifetime membership). We also offer a professional membership for attorneys for $ 50 annually or $ 500 for a lifetime membership.
