Cases Where Judges Agreed That Indefinite Alimony Should Be Awarded This table summarizes the key factors used by the Maryland Appeals Court to decide some Indefinite Alimony Awards cases (which are very rare). Remember that every case is individual. However, this will give you some idea of the range of decisions a court might make upon appeal. This chart was developed by Ann M. Turnbull, Esq., an attorney in Towson, Maryland who has taught other attorneys how to handle alimony cases.
