How to Find Maryland Court Records Most of the documents filed in a court case are public records. You can find court records in three ways. Go to the court house and go to the clerk’s office. The directory on this website would link you to information on location, hours and clerks for the Maryland Circuit and District Courts You can find certain records online for free through the Maryland judiciary case search. These include traffic cases in District court as well as criminal and civil cases in both the District and Circuit Courts.

Delaware - Superior Court. District of Columbia - Superior Court. Pennsylvania - limited number of counties are available.
