Type of Legal Problems Handled by this Program: This program assists pro se family law litigants by legal information and assistance with forms - divorce (contested, uncontested, at-fault and no-fault), child support motions (parent and non-parent), motions to modify child support, petitions to waive costs, property claims as part of divorce, alimony claims as part of divorce, custody (including third party custody), defenses (answers to a complaint for divorce or custody), name changes and assisting people in drafting orders for court approval after a Master's Hearing.

Types of Help That This Program Offers: This program provides one-on-one help by providing an initial screening for legal problems, legal information, assistance with Domestic Relations forms and instructions supplied by the Court Clerk, MICPEL forms, and referrals.
