Hours for walk-in service: Mondays - Thursdays, sign-in in the morning (9:00am - 12:00pm) and afternoon (1:00pm - 4:00pm) in 20 minute timeslots.  Fridays are morning only (9:00am -12:00pm).

Type of Legal Problems Handled by this Program: This project assists pro se family law litigants by providing legal information and assistance with forms - divorce (contested, uncontested, at-fault and no-fault), motions to modify child support, property claims as part of divorce, alimony claims as part of divorce, defenses (answers to a complaint for divorce or custody).  The program also provides assistance in all types of civil matters. If a client has another type of legal problem, the attorneys will give advice if the problem falls within their realm of expertise (domestic violence, small claims, landlord and tenant issues and guardianship of adults).

Types of Help That This Program Offers: This project provides one-on-one in-person assistance with the preparation of Domestic Relations forms and instructions supplied by the Court Clerk, information, advice and referrals to the Law Foundation of Prince George's County Pro Bono Program.
