Finding the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR)

  1. Write down the COMAR number (i.e., 07.01.02).
  2. Click on the COMAR link.  When you click on a COMAR link, you will be taken to an index page that looks like this:

 

  1. Scroll down the page and look for the match for your COMAR number. 
  2. Click on the matching number.  It will take you to a list of subsections that looks like this:

 

  1. Each subsection has a short description of it’s contents.  Click on the number link to view the subsection.
  2. If you would like to then view another subsection, click on the “Back” button at the top of your browser window.  It will take you back to the list of subsections.
