Maryland Pharmacy Programs

In Maryland there are five special government programs available for persons with low income who need assistance in paying for prescription drugs.

In addition, there are private drug manufacturer patient assistance programs that provide discounts on prescription drugs. You can directly apply for some of these programs. Other programs will require your physician to apply for you. Update on Medicare Drug Coverage
