Medical Assistance - Families and Children (MA-FAC) Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH)
is the state agency that administers the Medical
Assistance - Families and Children (MA-FAC) program. The
medically needy resource standards of the program
have been effective since July 1, 1990. Revisions to
existing standards can be found in the Code of
Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.09.24. |
