Individual: $51,050 per year, or $4,254.17 per month Couples: $68,450 per year, or $5,704.17 per month Income Eligibility guidelines can be found on the AIDS Administration website. Effective for year 2007. | |

Asset Limits $4,000 per person |

| Benefit | No co-pay at the Pharmacy when using MADAP. However, there may be a monthly participation fee, depending on your income. | |

If notified that you are ineligible for the program, you may file for an appeal hearing by following the "Instructions for a Hearing" set forth in your notification letter. All appeals must be sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings, 11101 Gilroy Road, Hunt Valley, Md. 21031-8201 |
