Primary Adult Care Program Program (PAC)

Many figures used to calculate the Primary Adult Care Program (PAC) are revised annually by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH), the state agency that administers the program. These figures are usually updated periodically and can be found in the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.09.60. The figures noted above became effective on March 2007. Note that there are certain restrictions on what counts towards your income and asset amount when determining your financial eligibility for PAC benefits.
