Who is covered? |
Residents who own their mobile homes and rent or lease a site for residential use from a Park Owner and reside in a Mobile Home Park. |
Tenants who rent a mobile home or a fixed dwelling from landlord who owns the land or property. |

Leases |
Mobile Home Park Owners must provide qualified
residents with a minimum lease term of not less than 1 year. MD Annotated Code Real Property Art.

Landlords are allowed to provide tenants with a 1 year or month to month lease term. |

Increase in Rent |
Park Owners can only increase park fee, if notice of increase is provided to each resident in writing, at least, 30 days before effective date of increase. MD Annotated Code Real Property Art. 8A, 8A-401 (a) |

Late Fees |
