| Non-Financial Eligibility Conditions | You must be
at least 10% disabled from a condition which is "service connected," and you may
not have received a dishonorable discharge. There is no specific duration of service required for you to be eligible for this Benefit For more information see the Department of Veterans Affairs Compensation Fact Sheet. |

| Benefit | The amount is based on the per cent disability. For a veteran with no dependents, it ranges from $115/month for a 10% disability to $2,471/month for a 100% disability (as of December 1, 2006). For 30% disability and higher, the amount increases if you have dependents.
