Type of Service Refers low income county residents to volunteer attorneys who handle civil matters free of charge. Operates counsel and advice clinics in the county and a pro se project in the Circuit Court. Handles civil matters such as Absolute Divorce, Initial Custody, Name Changes, Bankruptcy and debt collection defense, wills, guardianship, private landlord/tenant, and limited employment matters.
