Services

Volunteer and staff attorneys take calls from all over the State of Maryland to answer basic family law questions and make resource referrals.  This program can help you to represent yourself in court. They will provide instructions designed to help you with legal problems such as divorce and custody. Operated by the Women's Law Center and the Legal Aid Bureau.

Attorneys provide free legal information and advice over the phone to Maryland residents who are experiencing family law problems. The attorneys will help you decide if you have a legal problem, and will help you find out what options are available for solving it.

In order to be eligible for help, your income must be at or below 50% of the state median income, in accordance with MLSC guidelines.
