You may be entitled to FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE

The Legal Aid Bureau of Maryland provides legal advice and referral to assisted living residents in Maryland. We accept requests for legal assistance from residents, family members, anyone helping a resident, or anyone pursuing assisted living options.

Examples of problems with which we may be able to help are:

  • Understanding assisted living regulations
  • Resident rights
  • Medicare & Medical Assistance Eligibility and Coverage
  • Health Care Decision Documents
  • Quality of Care
  • Billing Disputes
