Free Legal Assistance for Nursing Home Residents

The Nursing Home Program provides free legal assistance to financially eligible nursing home residents anywhere in Maryland.  The Nursing Home Program accepts requests for legal assistance from nursing home residents, family members, social workers, or others who are helping nursing home residents.

Free Legal Assistance For Assisted Living Residents

The Legal Aid Bureau of Maryland provides free legal assistance to financially eligible assisted living residents in Maryland.  We accept requests for legal assistance from residents, family members, anyone helping a resident or anyone pursuing assisted living options

9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 to 8pm.
