Default orders
If a default order is granted, a hearing will be automatically scheduled for 30 days beyond the order.

Show Cause
If a show cause order is entered in a contempt case, the hearing date and the serve by date are noted on the order.

Show cause orders are ONLY used in contempt cases.

Mediation
The Court orders mediation in cases where both parties are pro se and where counsel represents one or both parties. The Court does NOT make referrals to mediation for pro se litigants.
