Orders
Default Orders Show Cause Orders
Mediation
Default orders
The Master is assigned automatically and the parties must schedule with the Master.
Show Cause
If a show cause order is entered in a contempt case, the hearing date will be noted on that order.
This court rarely uses show cause orders in cases other then for contempt. They may occasionally use them for ex parte emergency hearings on custody.
Mediation
Be they pro se or represented, this court will routinely order mediation for family law cases. However, if the parties are represented their attorney cannot attend the mediation. They also make referrals.
