Default Orders

If a default order is granted, a hearing will not be scheduled automatically. A party must request it.

 

Show Cause

If a show cause order is entered in a contempt case, the hearing date is not always noted on the order. This court does use show cause orders in cases other than contempt.

 

Mediation

This court does order mediation whether the litigants are pro se or represented.
