  • National Organization of Veteran's Advocates, Inc
    Refers veterans and survivors to attorneys who will represent them before the Court of Veterans Appeals.  There are various fee structures and some representation is pro bono (free). Will assist with veterans and veteran's survivor's benefits.

  • The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program
    Cooperative effort by four national veterans service organizations to provide volunteer attorneys to veterans and qualifying family members with an appeal pending at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Must have filed an appeal and been unable to obtain an attorney after 30 days. (No advice or representation at any other level of appeal. Website has an "Appeals Booklet." Screened for financial eligibility and merit.

  • Finding a Lawyer to Help with Military Pension Issues
    EX-POSE is a national, nonprofit, volunteer organization, funded by membership dues.  EX-POSE provides information for spouses regarding separation and divorce from active duty or retired military service members.  EX-POSE also refers members to attorneys who are familiar with military separation/divorce. You can become a member of EX-POSE for a limited fee ($20 annually or $200 lifetime membership). We also offer a professional membership for attorneys for $50 annually or $500 for a lifetime membership.
