Negotiates claims, brings lawsuits in state and federal courts for nonpayment of wages, minimum wage and overtime violations, unlawful wage deductions, discriminatory employment practicies, retalitory discharges, and involuntary servitude. Provides legal assistance to low-wage tenants and tenant associations on landlord/tenant issues.
