Provides free and confidential indivudual counseling, 24-hour-help-line, 24-hour emergency shelter, periodic group counseling, advocacy with other systems, accompaniment to legal, medical, and other related appointments, and free 911 cell phones to victims of domestic violence, children who have witnessed domestic violence, adults molested as children, victims of rape/sexual assault, victims of emotional abuse, victims of physical abuse, victims of sexual abuse, victims of neglect, victims of stalking. Also offers group counseling to those who have been abusive and wish to change (sliding fee for counseling for abusers).
