Event Description

The weekly program provides support and assistance to self-represented litigants with legal advice when completing forms and the filing process. Many litigants who decide to represent themselves will benefit from knowledge of the courtroom procedures and best practices at the time of the merits hearing. The attorney will see a litigant on a first come, first serve basis, as many times as required to prepare them for trial. No phone contact with the attorney is permitted.

A lawyer will be available to eligible clients for free consultation on how to represent yourself and complete forms for:

  • Divorce
  • Domestic violence
  • Custody/Guardianship
  • Name Change
  • Visitation
  • Adoption
  • Modification of child support
  • Trial preparation
