Caroline County Evening Family Law Legal Clinic

Maryland’s Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) provides a grant to fund the Family Services Program for Caroline County’s Circuit Court. The program provides an array of services for citizens who become involved in family law proceedings. These services include a free family law legal advice and assistance clinic, a co-parenting education program for parents not living together, a mediation program for child access issues, supervised visitation and monitored exchange services, and a legal representation program for children in selected custody cases.
