Program Description
"Se habla español en las oficinas de Ayuda.
 
Ayuda has offices in Washington, DC (Takoma), and Falls Church, VA. Their services are available to Maryland residents. Their attorneys and accredited representatives provide immigration legal services including, but not limited to:
 
  • Family-based immigration applications
  • Removal defense
  • Asylum
  • Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
  • Humanitarian applications (victims of crime, domestic violence, human trafficking)
  • Naturalization
 
Need help with an immigration matter? The first step toward a solution is to come in for a consultation with one of our attorneys.
 
District of Columbia:  Immigration consultations are held every Thursday morning and require an appointment. To make an appointment, call (202) 387-4848  beginning at 9 am on the 15th of the month (or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend, a holiday, or weather-related closing). For example, appointments for April are scheduled starting March 15. Cost is $100, cash only.
