Program Description

The Legal Services program at SARC provides a full range of free legal services, including:

  • Representation: Free Legal Representation by attorneys in Protective Orders, Peace Orders, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Immigration matters
  • Advocacy: Civil, criminal, and immigration advocacy and court accompaniment provided by trained staff
  • Safety Planning: Individualized safety planning tailored to the legal needs of the client
  • Information and Referrals: All clients provided with appropriate information and referrals to other agencies in other areas of law, including but not limited to housing, bankruptcy, and employment.
