Immigration Assistance
Depending on capacity, CASA provides legal consultations on general immigration issues, as well as enhanced legal support to community members in removal proceedings who are on Alternatives to Detention. CASA also assists community members from Venezuela, Cameroon, and Haiti on TPS cases. Additionally, CASA continues to assist with DACA cases.

Employment Assistance
CASA may be able to negotiate with a current or former employer, file complaints with labor agencies, or file lawsuits for labor violations, including unpaid wages, discrimination, and other workplace disputes.

Housing Assistance
CASA provides Same Day Representation to tenants facing eviction in Montgomery County and select days in Baltimore City. CASA also provides legal support and representation to renters throughout Maryland on a wide range of landlord-tenant issues.

The Bridge
ALL SERVICES ARE FREE
At the Bridge we can provide the following services for you and your dependent children if you are the victim of domestic violence (it can affect anyone and can be physical, verbal, emotional or sexual). To find out if you are eligible for these services call 410-996-0333 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You must have an appointment.
