Formerly known as the Maryland Vietnamese Mutual Association, Inc. (MVMA), the Association of Vietnamese Americans (AVA), or Hoi Nguoi My Goc Viet Maryland, provides assistance to Maryland residents with:

  • Immigration and citizenship issues, specifically, green card applications, naturalization applications, work permits, and re-entry permits through, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) recognized, New Americans Advocacy Services (NAAS).

  • The organization also has a Parenting Enrichment Project (VPEP)

  • Offers senior citizen services ages 55 and older. 

  • We also provides referrals for legal issues.
