Program Description

OHLA helps Latinos with various business, including:

  • Applications for financial assistance and food stamps
  • Applications to federal agencies for immigration and passports
  • Federal or Maryland tax forms
  • Medical Assistance applications in association with SEEDCO*
  • Legal advice (Thursdays)
  • Document translations
  • Job search assistance
  • Child Support applications
  • Advise in cases of domestic violence
  • English classes in association with the Department of Social Services and the Anne Arundel Literacy Council 

All services are FREE.
