CLA coordinates a network of attorneys who volunteer their time and professional skills, free of charge, to assisting citizens and groups working on legal issues that impact water quality in the Bay watershed. CLA also works to identify and develop legal strategies for effectively addressing the major sources of water pollution in the watershed. In addition, CLA conducts trainings and workshops designed to educate the public regarding how to use the law strategically to address water quality issues. CLA provides these services free of charge.
